Entrée

• Saganaki – panfried cheese served over baby greens with balsamic reduction
• Chilled oysters with lemon oregano dressing
• Pork keftedes- spiced Greek meatballs served with tomato salsa
• Deep fried baby octopus tossed with sea salt served over garlic baby spinach
• Semi boneless Quail served over pumpkin mash and drizzle of red wine glaze

Mixed dip trio of Taramasalata, Tzatziki and Skordalia served with grilled pita bread

Main Course

• Crispy skin suckling pig with roast potato, baby veggies, sage and prune sauce
• Milk fed lamb slow roasted with thyme, rosemary, olive oil and garlic chips
• Traditional Christmas turkey with prosciutto and cranberry
• Whole baked snapper drizzled with lemon and oregano infused olive oil
• Mediterranean vegetable moussaka topped with kasseri cheese
