Christmas Lunch Menu
Entrée
• Oysters with crispy bacon, grated haloumi and worcestershire
• Saganaki – pan-fried Kefalograviera cheese served over baby greens (v)
• Grilled Calamari marinated in cold pressed olive oil, served over rocket with bell pepper coulis
• Pork keftedes - spiced Greek meatballs served with tomato salsa
• Deep fried baby octopus tossed with sea salt served over garlic baby spinach
Main Course
• Crispy skin suckling pig with roast potato, baby vegetables, sage and prune sauce
• Milk fed lamb slow roasted with thyme, rosemary, olive oil and garlic chips
• Traditional Christmas turkey with cranberry and port wine sauce
• Crispy skin barramundi fillet, pan seared & served over garlic mash with saffron sauce
• Mediterranean vegetable moussaka topped with kasseri cheese (v)
Mains served with Chef’s selection of salads
Dessert
• Christmas pudding with brandy sauce
• White Chocolate Mousse served with strawberry and rosewater coulis
