has just announced its Head Chef
Sotiris
Platis - born and raised in Athens, Greece - brings with him
knowledge of traditional Greek cuisine, customs and flavours.
While
staying true to Greek heritage, Chef Sotiris Platis will give
Saganaki's menu dishes infused with a Modern Australian and
French twist.
