Mixed dip trio (Skordalia, Taramasalata, Tzatziki) with pita bread
Entrée
• ½ Doz. Oysters served natural with lemon or crispy bacon, grated haloumi and Worcestershire
• Baby octopus deep fried tossed with sea salt & spices atop sautéed spinach in garlic butter
• Saganaki - Pan-fried kefalograviera, served over baby greens with balsamic reduction
• Grilled calamari marinated in cold pressed olive oil, served over roquette with bell pepper coulis
• Spanakopita - Filo pastry filled with creamy feta and spinach, served over cauliflower mornay crumble and a drizzle of balsamic
• Baked Kefalotiri cheese and vegetable stack with eggplant, tomato, zucchini and olive tapenade

• Moussaka - Layers of potato, freshly ground mince, eggplant, wine and béchamel
• Slow roast lamb with thyme, rosemary, olive oil and garlic chips
